Volunteer Matrix does not own or hold your data hostage. It's your data, and we want to help you to have full access to your data at all times.

• We provide you with excellent export tools so that you can import into a local database if desired.
• You can set up multiple export templates for you for different users or departments.
• We have a "synchronize" option so that you can update our system with your local databases record IDs so that all exports of data from our system always end up importing on the right records in your system.

 
We also offer direct eTapestry™, SalesForce™, Convio™ and other 3rd party integrations.
 
Your Volunteer Matrix database is geo-location backed up nightly (stored in two additional different US States). You have online access to human friendly complete exports as well as the source SQL tables.
