Whether it's a quick question, or new employee training, we are here and available to make sure that you get the most out of the Volunteer Matrix system.
If the software wasn't great, then we'd have to charge you for support like our competitors. Since Volunteer Matrix is intuitive and easy to use, you probably won't need very much in the way of support, and so this allows us to offer free support to our customers, and be happy to provide it when requested.
Integrated into Volunteer Matrix - while using your system, look for the green "+" to the left of any item, clicking that will open additional information on that item. Further, each screen has a right side green HELP tab - clicking that will open a Help drawer, which contains answers to common questions as well as informative videos allow you to self help and self train anytime desired - and for that screen
(no need to search through unrelated help items). Located here is also the "Ask a question" box, which will send us your question, often we respond in 15 minutes or less. Using this option also includes the screen settings, which facilitates our automatically knowing what screen you are on, and what settings/information were displayed at the time.
There is also a "System Updates" section on your Dashboard HomeBase which lists system updates, improvements, and additional information about those updates.
